This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how RadiaTrade AI (“RadiaTrade,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal information when you access or use our website, platform, services, dashboard, API integration tools, or any related products (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account Information: Full name, email address, username, and password when you create an account or join our waitlist.
- Profile Information: Any additional information you voluntarily provide, such as preferences or survey responses.
- API Credentials: Exchange API keys and related configuration data that you provide for the purpose of enabling AI-managed trading on your exchange account. We do not store or request exchange account passwords or withdrawal-enabled API keys.
- Communication Data: Information you provide when you contact us for support, submit feedback, or participate in surveys, including the content of messages and any attachments.
- Payment Information: If applicable, billing information processed through third-party payment processors. RadiaTrade does not directly store credit card numbers or banking details.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device and Browser Information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, screen resolution, and language preferences.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, click patterns, session duration, timestamps, referring URLs, and interactions with the Services.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activity. See Section 7 (Cookies) for details.
- Log Data: Server logs that record requests to our servers, including IP addresses, request timestamps, URLs, HTTP methods, response codes, and user-agent strings.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- Exchange Data: When you connect your exchange account via API, we may receive account balance information, trading history, and position data from the connected exchange for the purpose of operating the AI trading system and displaying information on your dashboard.
- Authentication Providers: If you sign in using a third-party service (such as Google or GitHub), we may receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider.
- Analytics Providers: We may receive aggregated or anonymized analytics data from third-party services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Providing the Services: To create and manage your account, execute AI-managed trades on connected exchange accounts, display your dashboard, and deliver the core functionality of the platform.
- Security: To protect accounts, detect fraud and unauthorized access, encrypt sensitive data, monitor for security threats, and maintain the integrity of the Services.
- Communication: To send you account-related notifications, security alerts, service updates, support responses, and (with your consent) marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
- Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, improve the Services, develop new features, and optimize performance.
- Compliance: To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests from government authorities, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect our rights and the rights of others.
- Waitlist Management: To manage pre-launch waitlist signups and communicate with prospective users about availability.
3. How We Protect Your Information
3.1 Encryption
We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
- At Rest: Sensitive data, including API keys, are encrypted using AES-256 encryption.
- In Transit: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3.
- API Keys: Exchange API keys are stored in encrypted form and are never displayed in plaintext after initial entry. Keys are configured with trade-only permissions and zero withdrawal access.
3.2 Access Controls
Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel who require it for legitimate business purposes. We employ role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication for administrative access, and audit logging.
3.3 Infrastructure Security
Our infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade systems with firewalls, intrusion detection systems, regular security audits, and vulnerability assessments.
3.4 Limitations
No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.
4. How We Share Your Information
4.1 We Do NOT Sell Your Data
RadiaTrade does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
4.2 Limited Sharing
We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, customer support tools), subject to confidentiality obligations and data processing agreements.
- Connected Exchanges: API credentials are transmitted to your selected exchange solely for the purpose of executing trades. We share only the minimum information necessary for the API connection to function.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental regulation, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have regarding your information.
- With Your Consent: We may share your information for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time we collect the information, or with your explicit consent.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods include:
- Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period thereafter (typically 3 years) for legal and compliance purposes.
- API Keys: Encrypted API keys are deleted within 30 days of account termination or API disconnection.
- Trading Data: Trading history and position data are retained for a minimum of 5 years for regulatory compliance and audit purposes.
- Communication Records: Support and communication records are retained for up to 3 years.
- Log Data: Server logs are retained for up to 12 months for security and diagnostic purposes.
- Waitlist Data: Retained until you request removal or for up to 2 years from the date of signup, whichever is sooner.
When personal information is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
6. Your Rights and Choices
6.1 Access and Portability
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
6.2 Correction
You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
6.3 Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions (such as data we are required to retain for legal or regulatory purposes). To request deletion, contact privacy@radiatrade.com.
6.4 Opt-Out of Marketing
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email or by contacting us at privacy@radiatrade.com. Note that you may still receive transactional or account-related communications.
6.5 API Key Revocation
You may revoke API access at any time by deleting the API keys on your exchange or disconnecting the integration through your RadiaTrade dashboard. RadiaTrade will delete stored API keys within 30 days of disconnection.
6.6 Do Not Track
We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals. We will update this Policy if our practices change.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
7.1 Types of Cookies We Use
- Essential Cookies: Required for the Services to function, including authentication, session management, and security. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how users interact with the Services so we can improve them. These may be provided by third-party analytics services.
- Preference Cookies: Remember your settings and preferences (such as language, theme, or dashboard configuration).
7.2 Managing Cookies
You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies may impair the functionality of the Services.
8. International Data Transfers
RadiaTrade is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Services, you consent to such transfers. We take steps to ensure that data transferred internationally is protected in accordance with this Policy and applicable law, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. 10. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
- Right to Know: You may request details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources of collection, the purposes of collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share information.
- Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale: We do not sell your personal information. If this changes, we will provide a “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” mechanism.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
- Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Limit: You may request that we limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.

11. European Economic Area (EEA) and UK Residents (GDPR)
If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Legal Basis: We process your data based on consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests, or legal obligations.
- Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data.

12. Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, exchanges, or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through or in connection with the Services. RadiaTrade is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the revised Policy on the Services with an updated “Last Updated” date and, where required by law, by sending you an email notification. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
